Job Overview:
? Design & implement features for IPOS and
Linux Operating Systems
? Working closely within cross functional team,
understanding of IPOS architecture and close collaboration with Product
Development, System & Technology to understand requirements for software
delivery to stakeholders
? Write Technical Specification and
Documentation, working on complex design to implement required features with
highest quality for IPOS
? Work closely within cross functional team to
quickly adapt to requirements from with understanding of stakeholders product
and solution.
? Identify and resolving issues within IPOS so
that IPOS can be deployed on various platforms within Ericsson
Candidate Profile:
? Excellent C Programming Skills
? 5+ years of embedded software development
experience in the area of networking and chassis products.
? Solid understanding of Operating Systems
fundamentals and embedded kernels, including Linux.
? Hands-on experience implementing multi-tasking
and/or multi-threaded applications.
? Experience with debugging tools, i.e. GDB or
equivalent.
? Experience in developing features within areas
: IPv4, IPv6, L2/L3 protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, bridging, lacp, mpls, etc)
? Development experience in MIB,SNMP areas is
preferred
? Hard Working, Solid work ethic, customer
focus, team player, with passion for delivering world class solutions
? Design and implementation experience
abstraction layers for routers/switches is plus
? BS Degree in CS/EE or related studies. MS
Degree is a plus
