Job Description:

·         Work with team to define analytics/reportable metrics/measurement reports for ENCS data management. Develop ongoing data analysis process with roles, responsibilities & problem resolution.

Primary Skill Set

·         An extensive & current knowledge of networks ( voice, data, data center, call center, NOC & wireless)

·         Knowledge of reporting metrics associated with each technology

·         Understanding of tools available for statistical reporting

• Excellent communications skills
• Good negotiating skills 
• A good business understanding
• Team-working and team management experience
• Good project management skills
• Good organization and problem-solving skills
• A methodical and analytical approach
