Job Description

Coordinating with iMany
for product related issues Check the daily email alert for log errors
·
Analyze the errors in
the error log files for corrective action Ensure all the batch jobs are success
by checking the log files mentioned as per SOP document available
·
Ensure jobs from
different interfaces such as the ERP system and other Electronic Data
Interchange system is carried out successfully Ensure processing of key files
such as 844 (chargeback submissions), 845 (Bid award notifications) and
849 (Debit memo reconciliations) are all carried out successfully
·
Clear chargeback
scrubs created in any other systems
·
Prioritize extracts
and data queries that need to be run on an ad-hoc basis for the Business team
and carry out such extracts and data queries.
·
Coordinate with appropriate
customer stakeholders and application development team to plan release of the
new application in production environment.
·
Work in a coordinated
fashion with Sunovion team to carry out regular backups and planned disaster
recovery activities as required Support of EDI transmissions(844,849) Support
of Rebate processing including PARTD Adhoc requests of extracts AR/AP
interfaces support
·
Support with
Historical data extracts Support of interfaces running from CARS CLASSIC to
REVITAS GP and Pharmalytics
