Role:    Senior Support Analyst for Deployment Services
Location: Weehawken - NJ
Mode: fulltime
L2- Experience: 5 – 7 Years


Desired Candidate Profile:
ü  Provide 24x7 Support and willing to work in shifts.
ü  Provide on-call support on a need basis during weekends and holidays.
ü  Good understanding of Build and Deployment process is desirable.
ü  ITIL/ ITSM Certified professionals

Key Responsibilities / Role:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
ü  Performing Build and Packaging for the applications that are in scope
ü  Performing the deployments for Non-Prod and Production environments for the applications that are in the support scope
ü  Providing support to business users for their requests/queries related to build and deployment
ü  Actively participating in Change Management (CAB) calls to provide more details on the deployment activities
ü  Actively work with Release Management team to plan and perform any production release
ü  Actively participate in Incident or Problem Management calls/tasks if there are any issues related to deployment
ü  Identify the automation opportunities; raise it with the concern stakeholders and follow-up with them till closure
Interact and coordinate with upstream and/or downstream for any deployment requests/issues and communicate to the key stakeholderssupport experience

Experience

Should have worked in Build and Deployment Support for 3-4 years with a good exposure to ITIL aligned process areas is required
Skills:
ü  Should have good experience in Deployment activities
ü  Should have good experience in Build, Package and Staging Methodologies
ü  Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management Methodologies
ü  Should have sound knowledge in Serena Tools (SBM – Serena Business Manager, SRA – Serena Release Automation) and ServiceNow.
ü  Hands-on experience in any of the SCCM tools such as SVN, Serena is preferable
ü  Should have good experience in Unix/Linux platforms and Shell scripting
ü  Should have hands-on experience in Distributed Systems and/or ServiceMix
ü  Should possess good verbal and written communication skills and be customer service orientated
ü  Good understanding of ITIL processes and Production support experience
